What Is Personal Color Analysis?
Personal Color Analysis is the art and science of identifying the colors that harmonize with your natural features — your skin undertone, eye color, and hair color — to create a radiant, cohesive look. Through this process, you’ll discover your unique seasonal color palette along with the specific shades within that season that enhance your natural beauty.
Here’s what makes the 16-season color analysis so much better than the old approach that was used in the 1980's. Instead of just four big groups, it looks at three specific things about how colors work with your natural coloring.
The Three Dimensions of Color
Undertone - Cool vs Warm, whether you lean pink/blue or yellow/golden.
Value - Light vs Deep, how light or dark colors look best on you.
Chroma - Soft vs Bright, how muted or intense colors should be.
So instead of being a "True Winter,” you might be a “Deep Winter”, a Bright Winter or a Cool Winter”, each with very different color needs. This method means it can tell you exactly why certain reds work for you while others don’t. It’s not just about the color family anymore. It’s about finding the right temperature, depth, and intensity that makes your features pop.
